The Speaker removed the Finance Committee referral for the

    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 173(JUD)                                                                                             
    "An Act relating to a prohibition on the possession, offer, display,                                                        
 marketing, advertising for sale, or sale of illicit synthetic drugs."                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 173(JUD) was removed from the Finance Committee and                                                                        
referred to the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
